In the event of rain, we will move our reception inside to the St. John's Auditorium. WE HAVE OFFICIALLY MOVED THE RECEPTION INDOORS TO THE ST. JOHN'S AUDITORIUM!
Parking on the Hill is very tight and we are aware of this difficulty. Please look for the Wedding Parking signs and parking attendants directing to KU Strawberry Hill parking garage on 4th St. (From 5th St. and Minnesota Ave.: Go east on Minnesota to 4th St. Take a right on 4th St. to enter into the parking lot.) The parking lot at the church is reserved parking only. There is street parking, but please plan foot ware for walking to the church and museum grounds. We encourage carpooling to help with the congestion, too!
Please arrive 15-20 minutes before the ceremony is to begin. Ushers will stop seating a few minutes before the ceremony and no one will be seated again until after the bride enters the church.
We want you to feel your best! We ask for cocktail attire. Please note that the ceremony will be indoors in the church and that the reception has been moved indoors to the Auditorium across the parking lot from the church. There will be tubs for umbrellas. Please note that you may have to park a couple of blocks from the property, and we'll be dancing the night away, so wear comfortable shoes!
