When is the deadline to RSVP?

Answer

We kindly ask you to RSVP by March 15, 2026. Due to requirements from our venue and vendors we cannot accommodate last minute changes.

Will it be a plated meal or buffet?

Answer

We will be serving a plated meal. When RSVPing you will be asked to select your preferred entree and provide any dietary restrictions/allergies.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is garden formal. We ask that women refrain from wearing white or cream.

What time is the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 5:30pm so we ask all guests to arrive by 5:00pm and be seated by 5:15pm.

If I am flying, what airport should I fly into?

Answer

The best airport to fly into would be Tampa International. More information on travel is listed on our website in the "Travel" section.

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have a block of rooms at the venue and several other hotels listed in the "Travel" section.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, the venue will have free valet parking for all guests.

Question

Will there be any other events the weekend of the wedding?

Answer

We are having an optional welcome party and after party. Details of these events can be found on the schedule tab of our website.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Unfortunately due to capacity restrictions of the venue we cannot accommodate additional guests. You will be able to see if you received a plus one or named guest when RSVPing.

Question

Do we need to bring cash?

Answer

We are having an open bar! However, bartenders and parking attendants can accept tips so no cash is necessary unless you'd like to give an extra tip.
