Well, it all began one night, Jacob was working and decided to scroll through a dating app called upward. Jacob didn't find anyone that was interested in him, let alone that he was interested in. Then my profile came up as he was scrolling and he felt like something was telling him to go for me, and so he did. We ended up going on a date to my favorite restaurant, Texas Roadhouse. Let us just say it went very well. I was a little shy at first, but after that date we started talking a lot more and grew closer to one another everyday until March 28th, 2024, when Jacob asked me to be his girlfriend and I of course said yes. I knew that he wanted to ask me before the 28th, but I did not feel that the lord was telling me it was the right time to become his girlfriend and the Lord was right because Jacob got saved on March 13th, 2024. The Lord has worked in our relationship and in our lives day in and day out. He has helped us in so many ways and that is why we are where we are at because of what he has done for us both. Come March 28th, 2026 (our Wedding Day) will be two years of us being together. Let us just say that God is good all the time and all the time God is good. He brought us both together because he made us for each other and we are so thankful for our family's for their support in everything. But most of all we thank God for all he has done and how far we have come because of the strength he has given us to fight daily battles the devil throws at us and we can't wait for many more years to come.
