Sophia and Jacob met during a lovely evening of salsa lessons, while Jacob was visiting his friend in Miami. After partnering during class and practicing a few moves together, they sparked a friendship and mutual curiosity that would continue to draw them closer day by day and city by city, over the course of 3 years. Their mutual interests deepened their curiosity in each other over time, as they happened to find themselves at the same events in Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, and back again in Miami... During these encounters, Sophia and Jacob would discover that their shared interests didn't stop at just dancing. Good conversations would reveal that they both enjoy traveling, the excitement of new adventures, and devoting their time to Bible education and construction volunteer work as Jehovah's Witnesses. Now they are both excited to begin their next chapter together. Sophia will be leaving her home in Miami and joining Jacob in California, which will be a new adventure for them both, as Jacob recently relocated to the San Francisco Bay Area from Chicago.
