When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by May 5, 2026. This helps us finalize our plans and ensure everyone has a fantastic time at our celebration.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly. We kindly ask that you arrive 30 minutes prior to start to allow ample time for seating and to ensure the ceremony starts on time. There is parking on site as well if needed.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, semi-formal. Think nice dresses, jumpsuits, or dress shirts with slacks. No need for a tux or ball gown, but dress to impress. Just something a little fancy and fun!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, we’ve arranged a hotel blocks at a couple hotels for our out-of- town guests, please note space is limited. When booking at the any of the hotels, please mention "Echevarria Henderson Wedding" to secure your reservation. You can find detailed information and booking instructions under the travel tab on our website. If you come across any issues please reach out to either of us.

Do you have a registry?

Answer

Yes, we do! We are registered at Amazon, Target, and Zola. Additionally, we've set up a honeymoon fund for those who would like to contribute to our post- wedding adventure. Your presence is the most important gift to us, but if you'd like to give something extra, you can find our registries and honeymoon fund details under the registry tab on our website.

Can I take photos at the wedding?

We're having an unplugged ceremony because we want everyone to be in the moment with us. So, please hold off on taking photos or videos during the ceremony. Our pro photographer will capture everything beautifully. Feel free to snap away anytime after that!

Can I post any photos I’ve taken on social media?

Answer

Absolutely! Feel free to post photos and videos from the before the ceremony, during cocktail hour, and during the reception. Don't forget to use our hashtag #HappilyEverHenderson. We can't wait to see and share all the wonderful moments you capture!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! When you do your RSVP make sure to make a note of any allergens or specific diet request so that our caterers can make you a special meal.
