Groom
Jacob has always had a way of commanding attention—something that’s been true since he was a kid. From an early age, he’s been the kind of person who lights up a room the moment he walks in. Anyone who knows him knows he’s the life of the party—whether there’s a microphone or a dance floor involved, he knows how to seize the moment. But beyond the humor and larger-than-life presence, Jacob is also deeply understanding and thoughtful. He’s competitive by nature, yet genuinely caring toward everyone around him. His personable nature is what allows him to excel in his work and build meaningful connections wherever he goes. And while you might think the only thing missing is a little humility, it’s only fitting that the one person who brings that out in him is his soon-to-be wife, Sina Ena.
Bride
Sina brings a softer, more quiet presence compared to her partner. Born and raised in the beautiful islands of Hawaii, she carries with her a natural warmth that makes everyone feel welcome. One of her most admirable qualities is how caring and genuine she is. If you know Sina, you also know how headstrong and focused she can be—but she balances that perfectly with a love for laughter and a great sense of humor. Family and friends mean everything to her and have played a big role in shaping who she is today. She later made her way to Utah to attend BYU, where she would meet her soon-to-be husband. Throughout every stage of her life, Sina has shown a strong sense of determination, always going after what she wants. What many people love most about Sina is how easy she is to talk to. She creates a safe, supportive space for those around her—it’s a rare and special gift, the way she makes people feel heard and understood. And in a way that feels almost poetic, she’s found that same comfort and her safest space in her soon-to-be husband, Jacob Sosi.
Groomsman
Nate may technically be Jacob’s nephew, but they’ve always felt more like cousins—actually, more like brothers. Wherever Jacob went, Nate wasn’t far behind. If there was a pickup basketball game, you could count on Jacob bringing Nate along. Whenever they’re together, the jokes never stop and the laughter is constant—it’s just who they are. They’ve always been by each other’s side. These days, life may get busy and they don’t see each other as often, but a bond like theirs doesn’t fade with time. Nate tends to be more of a listener and observer, but don’t let that fool you—if Jacob makes a low joke, Nate will always find a way to go even lower… in the best way. It’s exactly why they work so well together.
Groomsman
Family has always been one of the most important parts of Jacob’s life, and this relationship is especially meaningful. Ed is Jacob’s nephew, but their bond goes far beyond the typical uncle-nephew dynamic. Growing up close in age, their relationship naturally took on more of a brotherhood—one where, when it mattered most, Jacob stepped into that big brother role. Whether it was on the basketball court or navigating life side by side, they’ve always been on the same wavelength. Ed has a quieter, more reserved nature, which contrasts with Jacob’s outgoing personality—but that difference is part of what makes their bond so strong. Jacob’s deep love for his family is matched by Ed’s steady and unwavering loyalty, a quality that never goes unnoticed. They’ve each played a meaningful role in shaping one another’s lives, building a connection that continues to stand the test of time.
Groomsman
Jacob and Tau are often mistaken for each other—and it’s easy to see why. It’s not just the resemblance; they share the same wildly unhinged personalities. While they love to joke and clown on each other, there’s a deep love and respect that grounds their relationship. On their own, Jacob already brings plenty of energy—but when Tau is by his side, no one is safe. The jokes will be made, and they’ll be the first ones laughing. Still, beyond all the fun, their bond runs deeper. Like any true brotherhood, Jacob knows he can always count on Tau when it matters most—and Tau has proven that time and time again. Despite any differences, they always come together when it counts—and that’s what makes their relationship something truly special.
Groomsman
Unlike the rest of the wedding party, Jacob and Xelan's friendship came to life a bit later. It's even joked that Xelan didn't like Jacob the first time they met. What started as an unlikely connection eventually grew as they began attending the same YSA ward. Over time, their friendship deepened and turned into something more like brotherhood. They later served together in church and even became roommates, adding even more memories to their shared history. Like any good siblings, they have their moments of playful arguing and banter—but it's all part of the dynamic they've built. In the end, it's just another brother added to the story for both of them.
Groomsman
A childhood friend turned brother, Tini has been a constant in Jacob’s life from the very beginning. Some of Jacob’s favorite memories growing up come from time spent with kids in his ward and neighborhood—and many of those moments include Tini. Their friendship only grew stronger over the years, especially during their YSA days when they attended the same ward and eventually became coworkers. Just like in those early memories, one thing has always remained true about Tini—he’s steady, dependable, and always there.
Bridesmaid
Although Cassidy and Jacob’s childhood was filled with constant bickering, they eventually came to find deeper meaning in the challenges they faced together. Their shared experiences brought them closer over time, creating a bond as strong as any between siblings. And through the fun and memories of their young adult years, they’ve grown closer than ever. Their personalities couldn’t be more different—Jacob is playful and a bit obnoxious at times, while Cassidy is more methodical and headstrong. Their arguments can be hilarious, though every now and then they hit a little too close to home. Still, no matter what, they always find their way back to each other—usually within a week—like the best of friends. Of course, neither of them would ever admit that out loud. But even now, with all their moments, it’s those very dynamics that make their relationship so special.
Bridesmaid
Mary Jane, also known as Nini, is Jacob’s niece—but their relationship is anything but typical. Despite being younger, she never misses a chance to tease Jacob or make him take back one of his witty remarks. They interact more like equals than uncle and niece, which makes their bond all the more special. Since Jacob introduced Sina into the family, Nini has been nothing but warm and welcoming, embracing her as a new sister from the very start.
