Question
What time should I arrive for the wedding?
Answer
Our wedding ceremony begins at 4PM, followed by a cocktail reception. The ceremony is optional and you are welcome to show up at 5pm for the cocktail reception if you prefer. The wedding reception and dinner service begins at 6PM.

What is the dress code?
Answer
We're aiming for formal/black-tie optional. However (and we can't stress this enough)...please don't let attire keep you from celebrating the day with us!

Is parking available?
Answer
There is no parking available at the venue. Canal Park has a number of public parking lots for around $10/day. If you are staying at a hotel, we recommend parking your vehicle there.

Am I allowed to bring children?
Answer
With the exception of immediate family, we will be having a mostly adults-only wedding. Thank you for your understanding!

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Beer and wine will be covered over the course of the night. Please bring cash or a card if you'd like to purchase cocktails or liquor.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our wedding will take place indoors at The Garden in Canal Park. It will all be in the same location. After the ceremony, there will be a cocktail hour before the start of the reception.

What's the weather like?
Answer
During late September in Duluth, it can be as warm as mid-70's and as cold as mid-40's! Please note, while our wedding is indoors, the venue is located in Canal Park which is on Lake Superior. The wind chill can definitely shave off a few degrees. The good news is, the fall colors should be gorgeous!
