From the beginning there has never been a dull moment in our relationship. What started as a dinner at Tofu House followed by boba for dessert quickly then turned into study dates and coffee runs as finals week loomed. Even so, we looked forward to the time when finals would be over and we would be able to go on proper dates as we got to know each other. That was until the Coronavirus pandemic started weeks later. Weeks after first meeting, we were at a crossroads on where to go next. We decided to commit to FaceTime dates and long hours on the phone as we moved forward with our relationship. When we were finally able to reconnect, we were inseparable. From countless trips around the world to days of binging Stardew Valley while sick with Covid, we have done it all. Even when it poured on the day of the proposal at the Shinjuku Gyoen gardens in Tokyo, the rain reminded us how we could laugh together in the face of any obstacles sent our way. Now we're excited to start our next chapter, and we can't wait to celebrate our special day with all of you!
