For the Welcome Party: Fun and casual! Sundresses to shorts and shirts you name it! For the Wedding: Formal Attire **PLEASE refrain from wearing any blue or green colors to not match the wedding party/immediate family**
We very truthfully mean this, the Bride and Groom feel so blessed and fortunate in life already, and the biggest gift you could give is already your presence on our special day. It means more than anything to us to have all our most important people travel from far and near to come celebrate with us at our favorite place! If guests still choose to give gifts (which is absolutely not mandatory or expected) we will be creating a small registry, and monetary gifts for those travelling are always more than appreciated for house projects the Bride and Groom are working on. But the best gift is knowing you will be there for us on our big day!
You may absolutely choose wherever you would like and what works best for you! The Bride and Groom, and majority of guests will be staying at Sulfur Creek Resort. If you have any questions about lodging, please don't hesitate to reach out!
Please RSVP to both the Welcome Party and Wedding no later than July 19th 2026! Thank You!
The Wedding Saturday starts at 4, please make it your best attempt to be at the venue by 3:45 at the latest (the more on time the better, no one will be there before us!) This will leave some time to get everyone seated! The Welcome Party: Dinner starts a 6, but it will be buffet style so feel free to show up at what is convenient for you, and come and go as you please for the night!
OPEN BAR BABY - yes at both Welcome Party and Wedding we invited our guests to celebrate with our open bar.
Due to numbers of the venue, we are not going to be having plus ones. We are hoping to keep the wedding as intimate as possible so that we can truly enjoy and experience the moment with all of those closest to us.
Although we truly and deeply love all the little ones in our lives due to numbers and keeping the wedding adult friendly we are going to be requesting having a kid free wedding except for those who are family members or in the wedding party.
Both! Bodock Farms has a mixture of indoor and outdoor features. We recommend you dress accordingly for the time of year, but majority of the wedding will be inside with the windows/walls open.
Both Wedding and Welcome Party will be held at Bodock Farms!
That is the hope! The Bride and Groom are currently working on finding safe transportation to get our guests to and from the wedding! More details to come!
Yes! There is tons of space for parking, but currently at this time we are hoping to find some transportation to help take guests to and from Sulfur Creek. Please stay tuned!
Please make sure you fill this out on your RSVP and reach out to the Bride or groom before the wedding so that arrangements can be made.
Yes! Boats are available to rent from Sulphur Creek on their website!
Nothing but a good attitude for a good time! For our Northern family and friends probably some sunscreen. Swimsuits are always recommended because it is usually still very warm in September! Other than that nothing special on our ends!
Depending on your travel plans! We will provide meals both Friday and Saturday night, as well as drinks/alcohol at both those events. Breakfast and lunch will be on your own, and there is always the grocery store in Burkesville to grab a few small things/drinks/alcohol, or the option to eat meals at the restaurant at Sulfur Creek!
