Are children invited to the wedding?

Answer

We adore your children, but we hope you understand that we’ve chosen to keep our wedding day an adults-only occasion. We hope this advance notice gives you time to make necessary arrangements, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

When should I RSVP?

Answer

We ask that you RSVP as soon as you can so we can organize with our vendors. However, the deadline is September 25th, 2025.

What if I can't make it?

Answer

Your presence will be missed. We ask that you RSVP " No " as soon as possible. If you have already RSVP'd " Yes " but find that you will not be able to attend, please notify the Jacob at 1 ( 925 ) 375 - 2757 as soon as possible.

What if I didn't RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided, it will automatically be marked as " No ". Well will miss celebrating with you but it is imperative we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only guest formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you received a plus one their name will appear on your invitation.

Where should I stay?

Answer

First, thank you so much for traveling the distance to celebrate with us! We have provided a list of hotels under the travel tab. We only have a room block set up at the Embassy Suits in Walnut Creek. You do not have to choose one we have provided, but we hope it helps your search.

Can I leave my car overnight?

Answer

You're welcome to leave your car overnight at the venue if needed. However, for guests staying at a nearby hotel, we recommend leaving your car at the hotel and taking an Uber or Lyft to and from the wedding. This will make your evening more relaxed — and parking at the venue will be limited.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to find parking or allow your Uber/Lyft driver to get you to the venue on time. Ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is semi-formal with an elegant touch. For women, think cocktail-length or tea length dresses, stylish skirts with blouses , dressy pantsuits, or elegant maxi dresses work perfectly. For men, a suit or dress shirt with tie is perfect. Aim for a refined look that’s still comfortable enough for celebrating, dancing, and enjoying the evening!

What are you wedding colors?

Answer

The bridesmaids will be wearing a variation of colors ( Merigold, Magenta, Teal, Violet ) and the groomsmen will be in dark blue suits.
