How do I RSVP?

Answer

Visit the RSVP section of this website to designate your attendance at our wedding. On your invitation we will designate who is invited. We strongly encourage you to RSVP online but please text me at 716-499-2116, if there is a reason you cannot.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 18, 2026.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Guests should arrive at 3:30pm but no later than 3:45pm. Thank You!

Is there lodging on site?

Answer

Yes, free tent camping will be available but space is limited. Let Sarah or Jake know if you're intending on camping by 7/30/26. Please email us at jacobandsarah2026@gmail.com

What's for dinner?

Answer

Mystic Smoke BBQ will be catering a brisket dinner! Come hungry for a full BBQ buffet dinner, including a full service salad bar and charcuterie table during cocktail hour. If you are vegetarian or vegan, we will have options for you! There is also be a food truck setup later in the evening for late night snacks!

Drinks are on us! The open bar will be available throughout the night.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Garden Party Attire is recommended but dress as you feel comfortable! Comfortable footwear highly recommended as the wedding will be outdoors and you will be walking on grass. A jacket/sweatshirt for later in the evening and appropriate clothing/footwear if you plan to stay for the bonfire.

Can I take pictures and video?

Answer

We kindly ask that during the ceremony you put your cell phones and cameras away and on silent. We have hired a professional photographer and will post the photos as soon as we can for you to enjoy. During the cocktail hour and reception, you are welcome to take photos with other guests and the venue!
