As soon as you receive your physical invitation, please RSVP right away! This helps us plan accordingly and ensures we have everything ready to celebrate with you.
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. We kindly ask that all guests arrive 15–20 minutes early to get seated and settled before the celebration begins.
We’re going formal and fabulous! The dress code is Formal in Jewel Tones or Fall Colors. • Ladies: Floor-length or midi gowns with heels. • Gentlemen: Full Suits and tie/bow tie, or (colored) tuxedo. Please, NO WHITE, BLACK, or BRIGHT RED attire — we want the colors of the day to reflect the warmth and richness of fall. Go all out… we’re only getting married once!
As much as we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We appreciate your understanding as we create a space for everyone to relax, unwind, and fully enjoy the evening.
Only the guest(s) whose name(s) are written on the invitation are invited. We are keeping our guest list intimate and kindly ask that everyone respect our wishes — no additional guests or plus ones will be permitted. Any uninvited guests will be politely escorted out.
Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will be held at the same venue. The ceremony will take place outdoors, followed by an indoor reception filled with dinner, dancing, and celebration.
Yes! There will be plenty of delicious food and an open bar for the night. Please don’t forget to bring cash to tip the bartenders and servers — they’re incredible and will be working hard to make the night amazing for everyone!
Yes! We’ve reserved a hotel block for our loved ones. You can find all booking details under the “Hotel Accommodations” tab on our website.
Yes, a shuttle will be provided between the hotel and venue — before the ceremony and after the reception — so you can relax, sip, and celebrate safely.
We will be having an unplugged ceremony. That means NO phones, cameras, or videos DURING the ceremony itself. We’ve hired talented professionals who will capture every special moment beautifully. Toward the end of the ceremony, we’ll let everyone know when it’s time to pull out phones for a few quick photos! We kindly ask that everyone respect this request.
