Where is the venue?

Answer

The name of the venue is Tennessee River Place located at 3104 Scenic Water Lane, Chattanooga, TN 37419. It is about a 20 minute drive from Downtown Chattanooga. Both the ceremony and reception will be held here.

What time should I arrive to the venue?

Answer

The venue will open to guests at 4:00pm ET, and the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm ET. We recommend arriving anytime between 4:00 and 4:20 to allow time for parking, enjoying refreshments, and finding your seat in our ceremony space. Please also keep in mind that this is a Friday afternoon, and guests traveling from Downtown Chattanooga or surrounding areas will likely experience workday traffic.

What time zone is Chattanooga in?

Answer

The city of Chattanooga, TN is on Eastern Standard Time. All of the times listed on our invite and on our website refer to EST. If you are coming from the Central Time Zone, please keep the time change in mind when traveling.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love for our guests to join us in semi-formal or cocktail attire. Gentleman are encouraged to wear a dress shirt with dress pants or khakis. Jacket and tie are optional. Ladies can opt for a floor-length or cocktail dress.

Are children allowed?

Answer

We love your little ones, but we’ve chosen to make our wedding an adult-only celebration. We hope this gives our guests a chance to enjoy a fun night off to fully celebrate with us! We can’t wait to raise a glass with you!

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We kindly ask that only the individuals named on your invitation join us in celebrating our special day.

Will I be able to park at the Venue?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of onsite parking available for our guests. However, since we will have an open bar, we kindly encourage everyone to plan ahead for a safe ride back to your overnight accommodations. Please note that cars may not be left on the premises overnight, so be sure to have your travel plans sorted in advance. Uber and Lyft are great options that will both be available for transportation to and from the venue.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both be held outdoors as long as weather permits. The Villa will be open and available to guests throughout the night. In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony and reception will be relocated inside the Villa.

Are there reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

Answer

Yes! We have several room block options listed under the 'Hotel Blocks' tab. Room block rates will expire on May 25th. Guests are more than welcome to make other accommodations!

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?

Answer
