Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please kindly RSVP by Saturday, October 24th so we can finalize our plans and celebrate together!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive in the cocktail hour room no later than 3:45 PM. From there, we’ll walk together to the ceremony site to ensure everyone stays comfortable and avoids long waits outside.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Our wedding is semi-formal. Tuxedos and gowns are welcome, as are suits and cocktail dresses. We kindly ask that guest avoid wearing the color blue (navy suits are okay!). Since our ceremony will take place outdoors in the pavilion, and while the space is heated with plenty of space heaters, we recommend bringing a jacket to stay comfortable.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you have a plus one, it will be indicated on your invitation. As we are hosting a small, intimate wedding with our closest friends and family, we kindly ask that only those listed attend.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! Please let us know about any dietary restrictions or food allergies when you RSVP, and we’ll work with our caterer to accommodate your needs. Your safety and enjoyment are important to us.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We’ve reserved a limited block of rooms at the Glasbern Hotel, located on-site with our Welcome Dinner, Ceremony, and Reception. We recommend reserving early, as space is limited. Please see the "Travel" section for further details.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Self-parking is available on-site at the Glasbern Hotel for all guests. Overnight guests can also take advantage of the hotel’s convenient parking options.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered for a honeymoon fund on Zola! Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift, and contributions to our honeymoon fund are appreciated but completely optional.
