How and when should I RSVP?

When you receive your formal invitation, please RSVP here on our website by May 1st. If you have any questions, text or call Nikki.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive between 2:30-2:45pm. The ceremony will start promptly at 3:00pm.

What should I wear?

Answer

The ceremony will take place inside a Catholic church. We ask that guests dress in modest, cocktail/semi-formal attire.

Will this be an open or cash bar?

Answer

We want you to enjoy the party! A selection of beer and wine will be hosted until our pre-set budget has been reached and kegs have run out. Liquor, seltzers, and all other beverages will be available for purchase.

Can I leave my vehicle overnight?

Answer

Yes! Our venue (Crow River Winery) allows vehicles to stay overnight, but as a courtesy to the venue it is requested to have them picked up by 10am the day following the reception.

Is there transportation provided?

Answer

There will be a complementary shuttle from the Cobblestone Inn and Suites and AmericInn in Hutchinson, MN. Hotel to the venue: 4:30-5:30pm Venue to hotel: 9:00pm-12:00am Please note: The shuttle can accommodate up to 14 passenger per trip. To help ensure everyone gets a seat, please be ready for pickup earlier in the pickup window if possible.
