In the fall of 2017, Morgen was in her first year of college and Jacob was a senior in high school taking CCP classes at Miami University in Hamilton. They sat next to each other in their English 111 class that took place on every Tuesday and Thursday. At the time, it was nothing but a few small conversations here and there. After the class had ended for the semester, they followed each other on social media, and, besides occasional likes and comments here and there that was that for about a year. Winter of 2018 came along and Jacob decided to send a message to Morgen, wishing her a "Merry Christmas". As soon as that conversation began on Christmas Day of 2018, it has never stopped. It didn't take them long to both realize that everything about their relationship felt so natural, easy, and like it was meant to be. On January 21st, 2019, their relationship became official and ever since then, Jacob and Morgen have not only fallen head over heels for each other, but they rooted their relationship in a strong, steadfast friendship with one another. Over the course of their relationship, God has shown them time and time again that bringing them together was His doing and that they are meant to share their lives together. After 3 1/2 years of dating, Jacob asked Morgen to marry him on June 21st, 2022 in front of Cincinnati Music Hall, where they had spent many special date nights throughout their relationship. Of course she said yes and they are so excited to begin their lives together and whatever God has in store for their life together. They are so excited to share this special day with you and display their love for each other before God and all the amazing people in their lives on June 18th, 2023!
