We grew up in the same town, yet never truly knew each other. In high school, we were simply familiar faces, unaware that God was already writing a greater story for us. After graduation, our paths separated. Mikaeli moved to Arizona for college, and Jacob began his career in firefighting. When Mikaeli moved back to Washington, God brought our paths together again. In His perfect timing, what had once been distant familiarity became the greatest blessing of our lives. We see now that God was working all along, preparing our hearts, aligning our steps, and bringing us together exactly when we were ready. With grateful hearts, we look forward to the beautiful covenant ahead and can’t wait to begin our forever.
