Micaiah and Jake met online, but not the way most people think. Micaiah is a creative and interesting young woman who expresses herself through cosmetology and fashion. You would think to meet her at a salon, but instead you could find her between 9-5 at the bank. Catch her after hours and you'll find her practicing her art or gaming online. She isn't one for competition but she loves the immersive experience she can have gaming. Jake is a tech savvy goofball, he loves to play games and solve puzzles. You can find him on the competitive scene or admiring the beauty in art. One day Micaiah bumped into a fellow gamer called Cosmo (Jake) in the online game realm. They noticed they made a good team! They didn't realize how fast the time went, when it was time to go they promised to team up again the following day. Days turned into weeks, and weeks turned into months. They were a meant to be team. They had plenty of time to talk and were not afraid to go deep. They got into talks about their faith, science, and the lunch they had that day. Soon it was revealed Jake needed some change in his life. He had always wanted to move north from Texas since he preferred the colder weather. He had nothing holding him back and he found a cool job opportunity in New England. Micaiah was shocked to learn the job wasn't too far from where she lived. Nothing was holding Jake back. He packed up the little he owned in his little car, not forgetting his adorable cats and headed out to New England. And so, Jake turned the page and started a new chapter of his life. Little did he know, Micaiah would steal his heart forever.

It was a thought that had Jake crying with a smile. A fantasy so vivid he could hardly keep it a secret. Jake had been planning a big day for Micaiah. He couldn't wait to slide the ring on her finger. He knew she was the one. They got up early in the morning to head to Rhode Island for a day in the park. Jake had made plans with Micaiah's friend Maya to have a photoshoot there. What Micaiah wouldn't know is the big surprise Jake had planned. Jakes mind was racing and getting faster every mile on the way there. Then they got a call from Maya saying her car wasn't going to make it. They pulled over and tried to see how they could get them to the park. Once they realized Maya wasn't going to make it, they shared some tears and continued on their way. Upon pulling up, you could almost hear Jakes heartbeat. He rushed out and got the flowers and the picnic basket together and they headed into the Japanese Rose Garden. They had a beautiful picnic with Micaiah's favorite guacamole. The sunlight was gorgeous, and the photographer was having the time of her life. Then it was the moment Jake was prepared for. He turned on sweet music and turned to Micaiah, stunned Micaiah pulled her hand up to her face and Jake said what he rehearsed so many times. Choking on the tears of joy, Micaiah said yes three times. Jake then put her ring on her finger and jumped up to kiss her. They savored the moment in a loving embrace with the music coming to a close. The photographer was going at it! Then they swayed to another song in celebration (and more pictures). They spent the next few hours exploring the park and spending time together, ending the day on a swan boat at sunset.
