where to fly into?
Answer
Sarasota-Bradenton airport (SRQ) would be your closest option, less than ten minutes downtown Sarasota but unfortunately not all airlines can fly into that airport. Additional options to choose from would be Tampa, St Pete, or Punta Gorda airline.
