Things To Do

Martha’s Vineyard is one of our favorite places in the world, we are certain you will see why.

South Beach

Edgartown, MA 02539

Do yourself a favor: -go to Edgartown Fish Market and grab some lobster salad or shucked Katama Select oysters(bring a little bit of cash for tip, the boys there work hard and they use the money for beer) -go to Vintage MV Wine and Spirits and grab a zippy Chablis, Muscadet, or if you want to ball, a grower champagne(Chavost is our favorite) -get yourself to South Beach for sunset and enjoy it all together with someone you love <3

19 Raw Oyster Bar & Prime Steakhouse

19 Church Street, Edgartown, MA 02539

Killer seafood based small plates and a very good dirty martini. Also do great steaks, but I would recommend seafood over a steak. Get the Sriracha fries.

Behind the Bookstore

46 Main Street, Edgartown, MA 02539

Awesome place to sit down for breakfast, or grab coffee and an early grey masa tea cake. Don’t skip the lavender shaken espresso. Come through early as it is basically seat yourself for seated breakfast. Also the Hemingway Bar is connected and it usually has a small but good selection of beer, wine, and fun cocktails. Good before dinner.

The Covington Restaurant

52 Main Street, Edgartown, MA 02539

Excellent food. Excellent drinks. Can make a res online. Definitely get the bread service and step out of your comfort zone with a new cocktail, they do fun things there and they are all heaters.

Detente

15 Winter Street, Edgartown, MA 02539

Make a reservation ahead of time. Italian based east coast fare. All the dishes are dialed but a small menu. Great wine list. Go for a bottle on the cheaper end the some has a great palette.

Rosewater Market

20 South Summer Street, Edgartown, MA 02539

Very good for a quick breakfast sandwich. the biscuit sandwich with linguica… so good. Also solid coffee. And a little sharp attached, so cute!

Katama Airfield

Edgartown, MA 02539

There is a bar here. Old planes. A cold draft fat tire or a very generous dirty martini. Enough said. Food is also great here.

The Red Cat Kitchen

6 Circuit Avenue, Oak Bluffs, MA 02557

If you can get there easy and are on Island early you should book a res here for dinner. Dialed food and fun. Clarified cocktails here should not be slept on.

l’étoile restaurant

22 North Water Street, Edgartown, MA 02539

This place is French as hell, and they execute. Wine list is very tasteful, old world dominated.

Atria

137 Main Street, Edgartown, MA 02539

Try all three spritzes. Food is super solid and the wine list here goes deep. They often have some Jurassic options and even the occasional New York Pinot. Also the burger is best on the island.

Manuel F. Correllus State Forest

Edgartown, MA 02539

Plenty of fun little trails to see the beauty of coastal salt forest. Good maps on the free app AllTrails.

Jaws Bridge

267-125 Seaview Avenue, Edgartown, MA 02539

Not for the reason you think… While this spot is famous from the Spielberg classic Jaws, it is an excellent salt water fly fishing or spinner spot. If you are driving on bring a rod, just make sure you have your Massachusetts license.
