When should we fly in for the event?

Answer

Whenever works for your schedule! However, we would LOVE to see you all sooner than Friday/Saturday. So, feel free to join Jacob and me at the hotel as early as Wednesday, January 25th.

How long should we stay?

Answer

Well, really, as long as you want! However, Jacob and I will be staying through Monday, January 30th, and we'd love your company up until the very last minute!

Question

Is there a block of rooms or are rooms being held for our party?

Answer

Unfortunately, this was not an option due to "occupancy restrictions and an increased demand in travel." However, we have instead hired Destify to help with the booking of rooms for better rates and access to a group booking agent. You can reserve your room with a small down payment and explore payment plans available at their site. Will any of the events be in town or require additional travel arrangements?

No! All wedding events will take place on the hotel grounds :)

Did I hear correctly that we are encouraged to wear whites & creams to the wedding events?

That's correct! Though, this is certainly not required! Please wear whatever you will be comfortable in and stay cool in!
