You may also call and ask for the Hebert/Simmons Wedding Room Block. Standard check in time is 4:00 PM. Guests are more than welcome to call ahead and request an early check-in, although it is not guaranteed. The only way to securely get a room before 4pm is to stay Friday night. Otherwise, guests are welcome to come and drop off their bags which will be locked up and then moved to your room once it is ready. Any questions can be directly answered by the hotel and us.

Shuttle

Shuttle from Hotel to Venue

September 12, 2026 3:00 pm - 10:00 pm

A shuttle service will be running from the hotel to the venue and then back at the end of the night. The shuttle bus will leave the hotel at 3:00pm and head to the venue. After the event has concluded, the shuttle will leave the venue at 10:15pm and head back to the hotel. Guests are welcome to leave their cars at the venue overnight but plan accordingly to get your car in the morning by 11:00am. Just remember that early check in is not guaranteed, so make sure if you would like to take the shuttle you arrive dressed and ready and allow the hotel to lock up your luggage for when you get back at the end of the night.
