We met during the summer of 2024 when we both worked as camp counselors at Woodlands Camp! We became friends really quickly and decided halfway through the summer that we both wanted to pursue something more once the summer ended. The day after we finished working, we went on our first date in Helen, GA. Jacob and I have been dating long distance ever since. The past year and a half has been filled with lots of 6 1/2 hour drives from South Carolina to Florida! Jacob proposed in Helen at the swing we sat on during our first date on September 21, 2025. It was a day filled with so much love and celebration. We can't wait to start our forever and see the distance come to an end as we get married this year!
