The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00 PM. Please arrive between 4:30 PM - 4:45 PM to ensure you have found a comfortable seat in our beautiful venue.
We would love to see our family and friends get fancy with us! We are requesting a formal dress code (no jeans, please). Wear whatever color you like, but please do not wear colors typically reserved for the bride (white, cream, ivory, etc). We fell in love with our venue because of the indoor/outdoor flow. The ceremony and reception area, though covered, has large barn doors that open to the outdoor patio. There will be campfires, s'mores, and blankets to help keep you warm if September brings us a cool evening.
Due to limited space at our venue, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding.
Although we love your children, we respectfully request that this be an adult only ceremony and reception with exception of those who are formally invited.
We have not reserved a room block at any of the hotels as we wanted to leave options open for our guests to book their own accommodations. We would suggest booking your room as early as possible due to the high volume of weddings this year.
Due to the farther than normal distance from the venue to the hotels, and the number of different hotel options offered, there will be no shuttle service offered. Uber and Lyft are available in the area for those that do not wish to drive.
Yes! There is plenty of (FREE) parking at Venue 5126, which is conveniently located steps away from the ceremony and reception area.
You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it to the reception, please let us know as soon as possible, and RSVP "no" so that we can plan accordingly.
When it comes time to RSVP, there will be an area for you to notify us of any dietary restrictions or allergies. There will be a vegetarian option available, but only for those that specially request it.
We are having an “unplugged” ceremony (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is to be fully present as we say our “I do’s”. We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us so please allow them to do their best work. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many pictures as you’d like! We’d love to see them! Yes! There will be an open bar during cocktail hour and once again when dancing resumes. Wine service will be offered during dinner. Party accordingly.
