Where should I stay when I come?

Thankfully, this venue is about 10 minutes from the MCI (Kansas City, MO) Airport. We have a room block that you can book in prior to May 1st, 2026 at this link; https://www.hilton.com/en/attend-my-event/mkcargi-ljwed-764ae8c1-9300-4357-a399-84a05e0cd30c/ There are also many hotels and even Air BnB's available nearby.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal and cocktail attire. We ask that if you are unsure of what semi-formal looks like, to interpret it within your means, and please avoid wearing jeans and hats.

Are children invited to your wedding?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we have chosen to make our celebration an adults-only event with no children below the age of 10. We hope this allows everyone to relax and enjoy the evening with us.

What can I do if I have diet restrictions?

Answer

Our vendor is a mom & pop taco company that can make you vegetarian, or lactose free options. There is an open bar that will also have water and sodas.
