The Redding's

Jacob and I met in May of 2024 after he reached out to me on social media. At the time, he had just moved back to Fort Wayne from Kansas, and I was finishing my first semester of teaching. What started as a simple message quickly became the beginning of something special! Our first date — ice cream and a walk — was sweet and simple, and from that night on we both knew we wanted to keep getting to know each other. As the months passed, our relationship grew through time with family, pickleball games, lake days, campfires, and long walks. Through it all, we saw God faithfully weaving our lives together and teaching us how to build a relationship centered on faith, friendship, and love! On my birthday, December 22nd, 2025, Jacob pulled off a complete surprise proposal, and I joyfully said yes. We are so grateful for the Lord’s guidance in our story and cannot wait to celebrate this next chapter surrounded by the friends and family who have loved and supported us along the way!
