Meet you at the Altar

"And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity." — Colossians 3:14 Somehow, we grew up in the same town, went to the same school, and even worked at the same place — yet never truly knew each other. Our love story is a beautiful reminder that God’s timing is always perfect. It wasn’t until the summer after graduation that we finally met — and wouldn’t you know it, we were both headed to Oregon State University. Looking back, it’s clear God had a plan all along. We were two 17-year-olds leaving home for the first time, leaning on each other for companionship and comfort. What started as friendship grew into something deeper — a bond rooted in shared values, love, and God’s grace. Over the years, we’ve watched each other grow and change through many chapters of life. In every season, we stood by one another, supporting and encouraging each other. Every step has drawn us closer — in love and in faith. In December 2024, Jacob asked Kira to be his wife! Now, with hearts full of gratitude, we look forward to saying “I do” — with all of you there to witness it. We thank God for writing our love story, and we’re so excited to celebrate this next chapter surrounded by the people who love and support us.
