How we met

Moved to a new ward and was intruduced in Sunday school. The end.

How I (Jacob) became close to Kim. Pt 1.

It was a dark depressed stage of my life. I was a young 15-year-old that moved to a big city over yonder. It was a new experience to be living in place that had such marvelous works such as stop lights and buildings that exceeded one story. It was my first Sunday at church that I was introduced to a young Dame by the name Kimberly. I had no interest at that time because my intentions were to fit into my new environment. It didn't take very long though, as seeing that I went to a city high school with lots of homeboys and shawtys. Within no time at all I was adjusted to the new life... So fast forward to when I was 16. I Graduated from highschool early and was working. I had plans to join the military, however nothing was official. The LDS Spring Formal (“Mormon Prom” was our slang for it) was around the corner and I wanted to go. Too bad I was shy and with my current position didn't feel like anyone would want to go with me. As a few people such as my mom and other members asked, I kindly told them I didn’t plan on going. One night my mom calls me to her room to ask again if I was going to the Spring formal, and before I could answer she immediately suggests that I ask Kim since no one had asked her yet. To simply put it, my answer was pretty much a shrug. I liked the idea, although I never would have thought she’d want to go with me. Not too long later Kim and a group of her friends asked me if I was going to the formal and suggested I could hang out with their group if I did go. A few days later I recieved a text message from a dear mutual friend of ours, Alina. I am not allowed to disclose the specific information talked about in those messages, but I can say they did highly encourage me to ask Kim and assured me that if I did I would recieve a positive answer.
