Our ceremony and reception will take place at the Elm Hurst Inn and Spa in Ingersoll, Ontario. Upon arrival, make your way towards the Carriage House, located at the far right of the property. You will then see signs directing you to our ceremony. The ceremony will take place at the property's pond, directly behind the Carriage House. The reception will then take place in the Carriage House.
Please arrive by 3:30 PM to be seated for the ceremony at 4:00 PM.
While we adore your little ones, we have chosen to make our wedding an adults-only celebration, except for those specifically named on the invitation.
Due to space, we are only able to accommodate guests specifically named on the invitation.
We invite you to dress in cocktail or semi-formal attire. Think polished and stylish—suits or dress shirts for men, and cocktail or midi dresses for women. We kindly ask guests to refrain from wearing white or light blue as these colours will be featured throughout our wedding celebration.
Yes! We will have an open bar from 8:00 PM – 12:00 AM. During cocktail hour, a cash bar will be available, along with a welcome alcoholic punch. Complimentary house wine will also be served during dinner. A cash bar will reopen at 12:15 AM for late-night celebrations.
Yes! Our ceremony is located at the bottom of a hill. We will also have a golf cart available to take any guests who need assistance down to the ceremony location and back for the cocktail hour and reception.
Our celebration will be a mix of both indoor and outdoor festivities. Please plan accordingly and note that some areas will require walking on grass!

Yes, there is ample parking available throughout the property for guests to use.
We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour, followed by a sit-down dinner. We'll also have dessert and after-party snacks for those attending the late-night festivities.
When you RSVP, you’ll be able to share any allergies or dietary restrictions with us. We will pass this information along to the chefs at Elm Hurst Inn & Spa so your meal can be carefully accommodated. We’ll also share seating details with the wait staff to ensure you’re served the correct meal.
