Is this a kid-friendly wedding?
Answer
Yes! We want all of our friends with kids to be able to decide if they would like to bring them along, or arrange for a night off.
Question
Local police will be in the parking lot the last few hours of reception!
Answer
Please be sure to drink responsibly and do not drink and drive. Police presence is policy of the venue.
Question
What should I wear?
Answer
Wear whatever you will feel comfortable in! It will be June in Ohio, so the weather may be a little unpredictable. We are planning to have the ceremony outside but have the option to switch to inside if there is rain. We want everyone to enjoy themselves, so wear whatever feels best for you!

What’s parking like?
Answer
There will be a parking lot across the road from the venue. You may drop people off directly at the building. There is an underground tunnel that takes you from the parking lot to the venue (not handicap accessible).

Do I have to buy the exact item on the registry from that specific site?
Answer
Not necessarily! If you find it at another store or website, by all means purchase there as long as you remove it manually from the website! If you have any specific questions, ask Jake or Katie.

Where do I sit during the reception?

We will have a seating chart that should be posted on the site soon. Stay tuned.

Will there be alcohol?
Answer
Yes, we will have an open bar for all of our guests to enjoy complimentary drinks throughout the event.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will start at 3pm. Please arrive 15 minutes before the ceremony to get settled.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. Thank you for understanding! If you’re unsure about a plus one, please ask Jake or Katelyn.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the event. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy! We do encourage lots of photos during the reception.

What happens if it rains?

Our ceremony will move indoors at the venue.

Is the ceremony and reception at different locations?
Answer
Nope! It’s at one venue. The ceremony may be outside if the weather is nice.
