Yup we met inside a Blockbuster. Both of us fans of movies it couldn't be more perfect. But, that is not when we dated. It would actually be 2 years after when our mutual friend Steph played match-maker. What a match we are! Steph worked with him at Blockbuster and she started to invite him to hang out with our group. For 2 years our relationship was friendship. Then things changed. We had gone out to celebrate a birthday and as our friend drove us home, I fell asleep. A quick picture from Steph sealed our fate.

It was highly anticipated yet it still surprised me. We had definitely shared our plans for the future and we now talked in plural. We knew for a long time that we had found the person we wanted to spend our lives with. The day was full of shopping and discussing costumes as Halloween was approaching. We retreated back home after with some sweet pastries from Bella Cora ( I love my sweets and he knows it). We ate and after I was too full to eat dessert. Jacob insisted I eat my dessert, but I was too full and so I said I couldn't. He stood at the fridge and soon came back to the table with my selected delicacy. I was already saying I didn't want it when I noticed something on top. A ring! I turned back to him and he proposed.
