Fresh into their first year of college, Jacob and Kaitlin were both eager to start a new chapter, ready for the independence and adventure that lay ahead. Neither could have guessed that their future was only 100 feet away. Living in adjacent dorms, Jake would breeze to class on his skateboard, while Kait hustled across campus in her trademark speed-walk. Both had planned to stay in - Jake feeling under the weather, Kait equally unmotivated - but their determined friends wouldn’t take no for an answer.
