Flight

Airports

There are a number of flight options for getting to Charlottesville: 1. Charlottesville Airport- small airport but 20 minutes from the downtown area. 2. Richmond Airport- about a 1-hour drive from Charlottesville. 3. DC Airports- there are a few airports in the DC area (Dulles and Reagan) that you can fly into. Both are around 2.5 hours from Charlottesville.

Shuttle buses will be available for guests to use to/from the venue. These shuttles will pick up guests from the two hotels listed below. There are no hotel blocks, so if you prefer to stay at a different hotel nearby you can just walk to one of the listed hotels to catch the shuttle. Parking is very limited at the venue but there is a small parking lot. PLEASE NOTE- the shuttles are on a first-come, first-served basis as space is limited! There are two shuttles total— one to/from the Omni, and one to/from the Hilton. Uber/Lyft is available if shuttle fills up. *Wedding Shuttle Schedule* 4:45pm | Shuttle Pick Up (Please arrive to shuttle at 4:35pm as the shuttle will depart promptly at 4:45pm) 9:30pm | Early Shuttle Departure Back to Hotels 11:10pm | Final Shuttle Departure Back to Hotels ***Omni Hotel Directions: shuttle pick-up is at the OMNI/WATER STREET BUS STOP at the entrance to the Downtown Mall.
