We have converted the second living room into a bedroom with a gas fireplace, and turned the entire second floor into a game room. We currently have 2 arcade games, a ping-pong table, and 10+ card/board games. The home is pet friendly! For your $30 pet fee (allowing 2 well behaved pups), we provide loaner leashes, a few treats, and waste baggies.

Your stay at the Greenbrier will bring you closer to mother nature while allowing you to escape reality! The space As inviting as it is inside, most don’t visit the Greenbrier to stay indoors! Perfectly situated in close proximity to the Mulberry River, world renowned for its canoeing and kayaking, and the Ozark National Forest, allowing ATV explorations and miles of hiking opportunities that will allow you to take in the breath taking, off the beaten path, views that this area offers! Getting away doesn’t have to mean being too far away! At Greenbrier, you’re just a short 15 minute drive to the town of Ozark. Restaurants, Breweries and Wineries, as well as any adventure supplies you might need are located in the seat of Franklin County. These modern conveniences nearby make this destination even more appealing. The Greenbrier Cabin is situated on 100 acres of family land, which includes trails for a relaxing walk, as well as enough room to ease around on your off-road vehicle of choice. The owner’s do live on the property as well, but with a parcel this size, privacy and ample parking for even the largest vehicles and trailers is not an issue. The space This cabin sits on a 14 acre property in the Ozark Mountains. This is a guest cabin and there is one other cabin and a main house. While it is private there are other people on the property (the owners). They are able to help you if you ever need anything but will not bother you (but have many stories to tell you if you’d like to talk to them). Around the area is great spots to eat, hikes and outdoors to enjoy and wineries to visit!

The Cabins at Turtle Cove are directly on the water that leads to the Arkansas River where you can enjoy fishing and water sports. Nearby activities and attractions include fishing, trail riding, hunting, wineries and vineyards, hiking, canoeing, and waterfalls. We are near the Mulberry River, mountain ATV/UTV trails, wineries, and Mount Magazine State Park. The space The Loggerhead Cabin is directly on the water. It is two stories with both a spacious porch and equally spacious deck. Enjoy the evenings around the fire pit with plenty of room for you and your friends and family. Included in your rental is the use of The Shell Shack...a separate hangout even closer to the water with a deck overlooking the water. Plenty room on the property for parking. We have 2 charcoal grills, a propane grill and a Blackstone griddle for your use. If you need more room, you can rent the entire place which includes The Loggerhead Cabin plus The Tiny Tortoise Cabin. The Tiny Tortoise Cabin is a tiny house with it's own kitchen, bedroom and bath.
