Question

Will the wedding take place indoors or outside?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both take place outdoors. However, the reception will be under a covered tent.

Question

Are Children invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding an adults-only event with the exception of those added onto your invitation. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are excited to celebrate this day with only our nearest and dearest, and are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress Code is formal attire. Ladies can wear long or midi length dresses. Gentlemen can wear a suit & tie, or dress pants with a button up shirt. No Jeans or sneakers, please!

Question

Are there any colors I should not wear?

Answer

We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride - whites, ivories, and creams.

Question

What color dresses are the bridesmaids wearing?

Answer

The bridesmaids will be wearing shades of greens and pinks.

Question

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes! Beer, wine, two specialty cocktails, several selections of liquor and non alcoholic beverages are on us! However, we kindly encourage you to provide a small tip to the bartender upon ordering an alcoholic drink.

Question

Can I bring my own alcoholic beverage?

Answer

We will be supplying alcohol and have a bartender who will be handling the beverages. Due to venue policy and regulations, you are not allowed to bring any outside alcoholic beverages onto the premises.

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than November 10th, 2024.

Question

What time is the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:15pm. We ask that you arrive by 3:00pm to account for any traffic or delays. We will not be waiting upon guest arrival to begin the ceremony.

Question

Where do I park?

Answer

The venue has it's own parking lot on the site, which includes free parking with plenty of space.

Question

I have dietary restrictions/ allergies. What should I do?

Answer

We will be serving appetizers and dinner that can accommodate a wide variety of dietary restrictions, including mainly Nut free due to the Bride's allergies (i.e. vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, and nut free). When you RSVP please indicate your dietary restrictions or allergies so we can plan accordingly!

Question

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

We will have transportation available from the venue to the designated hotel. However, any guests not staying at the hotel, we encourage you to utilize Uber or Lyft if you plan on consuming alcoholic beverages. Our family and friends safety is our top priority.
