Weekend Schedule

Welcome Party

6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Kick off the weekend with us on the Thatcher Hotel's outdoor patio. Small bites and drinks will be served. All wedding guests are invited. This event is adults only, as is the rest of the weekend. 😎 Dress Code: Smart Summer Casual Sundresses, fun pants, jumpsuits, elegant shorts, button-ups, knit shirts, linens and slacks.

Ceremony & Celebration

4:00 pm - 10:30 pm

Please arrive no later than 3:15 P.M. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4 P.M. This event is adults only, as is the rest of the weekend. 🚌 Our shuttles will pick up guests staying at the Fairfield, Holiday Inn, Thatcher and Stock Farm hotels starting at 3 P.M. 💃🏻 Dress Code: Summer Formal Long, colorful dresses & sharp, snappy suits. No tuxedos. ‼️ No white outside of men's dress shirts. We recommend block heels or wedges rather than stilettos for our venue's garden terrain.
