What is the attire for the wedding?
Answer
We would like for everyone to be formal or back-tie optional. Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outside and the reception will be inside the Mansion.

How do I RSVP?
Answer
You can either send the bottom portion of the letter back to us or RSVP via our wedding website. Simply click on the RSVP tab, enter your name, and indicate your attendance.

What is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by September 28th to ensure we can accommodate everyone comfortably.

Can I change by RSVP
Answer
If you need to change your RSVP, please contact us directly with Jacob's phone #: (650)773-5191. Last minute changes must be made by Oct. 18th.

When and where is the wedding?
Answer
The wedding and reception will be held at Sequoia Mansion (by Wedgewood Weddings) - 643 Bee St., Placerville, CA at 3pm.

Can I bring a plus-one?
Answer
Due to space constraints, we can only accommodate named guests on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding.

Are children invited?
Answer
If the family name is listed on the invitation or if the child's name is listed, they are more than welcome to join our celebration. We understand how hard finding care can be. If you are still uncertain contact Jacob at (650) 773-5191.

Is there a theme for the wedding?
Answer
Not anything specific. The wedding is held in a historic mansion and in the winter, so please dress accordingly. You are more than welcome to incorporate deep reds, greens, and colors in-between for your outfit.

Can we give cash gifts or bring gifts?
Answer
Yes, cash gifts and physical gifts are more than welcome. We have a registry available on this website, but understand if you have something more special in mind.

What is on the menu?
Answer
There will be various snacks during cocktail hour. The main dinner course will include buffet style: Panko Parmesan Crusted Chicken with Sherry Cream, Oven-Roasted Salmon with Tarragon Butter Sauce, and Roast Beef Au Jus with Creamed Horseradish. There will also be a taco bar available in the evening.

Is there parking available?

Yes, there is plenty of parking available along the street right outside the Mansion.

What time should I arrive at the venue?
Answer
The ceremony is set to begin at 3pm and everyone is allowed access to the property after 2:30 PM.

Will there be a photographer or videographer?
Answer
There will only be one photographer. Please refrain from using your phones during the ceremony.

Can I share photos on social media?
Answer
You may share photos after the wedding. We may take some time to post on our socials, so please do not feel bad if you post first.

Are there accommodations nearby?
Answer
Yes, please refer to our travel section for specific hotel information. Unfortunately most of the hotels in Placerville are booked due to another wedding in town. We apologize for the inconvenience.
