Where will the reception be held?
Answer
Our reception, dinner, and dancing will all take place at The Lyons Farmette. Dancing will take place inside the barn.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests who are formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you have a plus one, their name will appear when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Is there parking available?
Answer
There is some parking, however due to limited parking spaces we highly recommend carpooling with others. Overnight parking is allowed, but the venue requests that all vehicles are picked up by 9am the following day.

Is transportation provided?
Answer
Transportation between the venue and hotel is not provided. We recommend scheduling an Uber, taxi, or a Lyft in advance since rideshare services are limited in this area. Carpooling with other wedding guests is also highly recommended.

What are the nearest hotels?
Answer
We have reserved hotel blocks at Home2 Suites by Hilton Longmont in Longmont, CO. It is about 11 miles from the venue. You can find direct booking links and more details on the 'Travel' tab of our website. If you would also prefer, there are many reasonable Vrbo and Airbnb accommodations in the area.

While we love your children, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We appreciation your understanding!

Where will the ceremony take place?
Answer
The ceremony with be held outdoors (weather permitting) at The Lyons Farmette.

Will there be a cocktail hour?
Answer
Yes, a cocktail hour will be held immediately after the ceremony at The Lyons Farmette. Drinks and a grazing table will be available during this time.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes! The dress code is semi-formal/cocktail attire. We would love for our friends and family to dress up and celebrate with us!

When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by September 18th, 2025 so that we may have an accurate headcount.

What will the weather be like?
Answer
The weather in October is very up and down. It truly may be sunny and 75, it could be raining, or it could even be snowing. Please be sure to check the forecast just in case, and to dress accordingly. The ceremony and dinner will be outside weather permitting.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will begin at 3:30pm MT. Please arrive about 20-30 minutes early to make sure everyone is there on time and the ceremony can begin as scheduled.

What food will be served at dinner service?
Answer
Blackbelly Market & Restaurant will be catering our event. There will be a four course Chef's Tasting Menu for dinner. Please reach out to us personally beforehand if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies.

Is it okay to take pictures with phones or cameras during the ceremony?
Answer
We would love for wedding to be as device free as possible. Please be sure to turn off all phones or cameras until after the ceremony, so that we can all be present and in the moment!

What should I do if I can't make it?
Answer
You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "No" so we can plan accordingly.

When should I book my flight/hotel/rental car?
Answer
Colorado is in general a popular destination, and even in October skiing/snowboarding season may be starting. Due to this reason, we recommend booking such things as soon as possible to find reasonable accommodations.
