ALL PARKING IS AT THE BACK OF THE PROPERTY. PLEASE DO NOT DRIVE ON VAUGHNTONS TRACK Please drive in through Craven Road, McLaren Vale. Drive to the end of the road and follow the parking signage. A bus will be taking guests from their parked car, to the other side of the property where the Ceremony and Reception will be taking place. As you will need to get on the bus, please ensure that you are at the venue no later than 3:15pm. The bus will be returning guests to their cars at three time slots. Please plan ahead if you would like to leave before 10.30pm. The bus will run at 8.30pm and 9.30pm also. Let us know if you have any questions at all!
Formal Attire. Note: Both the ceremony and reception are on grass... consider appropriate shoes. Please do not wear white. Thank you!
Your gift of love and presence is all we need. However, if you would like to give a gift, there will be a wishing well for cards or monetary donations to help us kickstart our marriage.
We will be having an unplugged ceremony, which means no phones please. We will have our hired photographer to capture the ceremony for us, however do not want any phones visible in these photos. We will give you all full access to the final gallery from the photographer! There is no specific seating plan for the ceremony, and there will not be a his and hers side. Please sit anywhere you like, and leave the front few rows for family.

Rather than a meal drop dinner, we will have tables full of cocktail items to share. We also have a dessert table instead of a cake so that there is something for everyone! Please nominate dietary requirements in your RSVP. A range of water, soft drink and alcohol will be provided.
Our reception will be under the gorgeous marquee. We have a seating plan to make sure that everyone is sitting with people they know. Please refer to the seating chart outside the marquee, and name tags on tables. Although there is a seat for everyone, we would love to see you all on the dance floor after you have eaten to celebrate the night with us. We have crafted a playlist from our favourites, along with your song requests on the RSVP's.
