We met for the first time at fall fest at Texarkana College. I volunteered to help with the SNA ( student nursing association) booth. I was the first to arrive that morning and was running it on my own until I finally saw another fellow nursing student in his royal blue scrubs coming my way. I was so happy, because now I had help. As he walked up to the booth he looked like he had just woken up and the first words i ever said to him were " good morning sleeping beauty" and we gave each other a side hug even though we had never met before. We just hung out the rest of the time and even went and danced with another classmate.

At exactly 11:11 pm he sent messaged me on messenger saying " Just so you're aware. I do think you're the prettiest girl in our class. By far." and from that moment on there hasn't been a day that we haven't talked to each other.

He invited me to a Halloween party and when we were outside alone by the fire he asked me if i wanted to be his girlfriend.

Celebrating our anniversary a day early. My day was a bit off and it felt like nothing was going right. We went out to eat at Texas roadhouse and when we got back he had something planned to celebrate our anniversary. He invited all his siblings, my mom, aunt, brothers and cousins to his parents house. It all started with a slide show with pictures of us from when we first met till now. The main part happened after, when he read a letter he originally wrote for me to read, but he ended up reading it and as he read it I kinda had a feeling where this was heading and towards the end is when he pulled out the box from his pocket, got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. I was definitely in shock the words yes almost didn't come out. That was the best thing that happened that day!
