When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP ASAP when you receive the invitation/save the date. We need to know head count and also what you would like to eat!

Where should I park?

Answer

There is a parking lot to the right of the convention center. If that becomes sparse (which it shouldn’t), but there is an extra parking lot to the back of the convention center.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered at Target, Bed Bath and Beyond, Wal Mart, Amazon, and Zola.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

You should arrive 10-15 minutes before the ceremony. (so 5:45pm)

Is there a dress code?

Answer

There is no strict code, but formal is preferred.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please let me know with your RSVP of any allergies.

Will there be dancing?

Answer

Of course!! We love to dance and so do our friends! Get ready for some cool moves on the dance floor, because that's the (second) best time of the night. If you prefer to have a more quiet evening with no funky dance moves, then no worries! The lobby of the convention center is spacious with a lot of seating so it will be available if you need time to escape the music.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

The more pictures the merrier! That being said, please remain unplugged during the ceremony as this is such a special time and our photographer is amazing so we want her to have the best opportunity to snap a pic. The reception however is carefree and perfect for any pictures you may want!

What is the average weather for November 23?

Answer

Louisiana can have very unpredictable weather, but the average temperature for November 23 is around 60 degrees Fahrenheit.

What if I can't make it to the wedding? What should I do?

We will miss you! If you won't be able to make it, please RSVP "no" as soon as possible.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Since our wedding is a sit down dinner, we have just enough seats, tables, and meals for only the people on the guest list. If you check your RSVP on the website, you will know if you have a plus one or not.

Do you have a hotel room block at a local hotel?

Answer

Yes we do! It is at Wingate Hotel in West Monroe, LA. Please check the travel tab on the website to get more information on this.

Will there be transportation to and from the wedding?

Answer

There will not be planned transportation to or from the wedding. West Monroe now has Lyft and Uber, so if you need a ride from the event, please contact one of those ride companies.
