When should I RSVP by?

We kindly ask you to RSVP by May 1st.

What time should I arrive to the wedding?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony will begin at 4:30PM, therefore we kindly ask guests to arrive at approximately 4PM to ensure a timely start.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. Women can wear below-the-knee dresses, slip dresses, a dressy skirt and top, or an elegant pantsuit (styled with heels, nice wedges, or formal flats) and button down shirts (tie optional) for men. We want everyone to be comfortable, so whatever you feel is the best for you!

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

The Lakeside Inn does not offer room blocks, however, you do receive 10% for being a wedding guest. We recommend booking early as rooms may book up fast. There are numerous hotels nearby, as well as, Airbnb’s.

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

No, we're forgoing a traditional wedding registry. Your presence and love mean more to us than any gift. If you'd like to celebrate our special day, a heartfelt card with your warm wishes would be the most treasured gift we could receive.

Are children allowed to attend? What about a plus-one?

Answer

We respectfully request that our wedding day be an adults-only occasion. Additionally, due to space limitations, only the guests included in your invitation will be allowed entry.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

We will be paying for everyone’s first drink. You will receive a drink ticket during cocktail hour. After that, we will have a cash bar available at the venue for guests to purchase their preferred drinks.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests be fully present during our ceremony, setting aside phones and devices. Our goal is for everyone to truly experience and celebrate this special moment with us. However, we welcome and encourage photography throughout our wedding reception, and we'll provide a QR code for easy photo sharing with the newlyweds.
