Unless stated otherwise on your invitation, we are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guest list to those who know us very well.
We love your children, but due to space restrictions, we cannot accommodate guests under age 14 at our wedding ceremony unless they are directly involved in the wedding ceremony.
The doors to the venue will open one hour ahead of our ceremony time at 4:00 PM. We recommend arriving at the ceremony venue at least 30 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time to ensure you have enough time to walk to the ceremony space from the parking lot and find a seat. Doors will close at 4:00 PM and will not be reopened until after the ceremony.
We have chosen to do an open beer and wine bar, meaning any and all beer and wine ordered will be covered. Liquor and mixed drinks will be available, but will be up to you to pay for if you choose them.
Semi-formal attire, preferably with spring colors. We request that you wear colorful attire that is comfortable and neat. Feel free to wear dresses and casual suits as well.
For guests within driving distance of the venue, there is free on-site parking. We will also have a 36 person shuttle bus available to make two trips to the venue and two trips at the end of the night for those who are staying at our hotel block and other nearby lodging.
Our reception will end around 10:45 PM, and our sparkler sendoff will be about 11:00 PM. There will be no after-party.
We kindly ask that you keep our wedding "unplugged" and refrain from taking any photos or videos at our ceremony. We want our guests to truly be in the moment with us during this special day. Take as many phots as you'd like during the reception! We would love to see your point of view.
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you could have it delivered to our home at 2356 W 58th Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46228. We will also be having a bridal shower (date to come) and a wedding card box will be at our reception as well!
