When we first started dating before we became boyfriend and girlfriend, we went to Vegas. It was spur of the moment and only happened because two people from Jake's group bailed. One of Jake's friends then invited Cydnee and their friend Mikayla to fill the empty spots. After we got back from this trip we became officially boyfriend and girlfriend!

Jake asked Cydnee to marry him on a boat dock in Florida with a little picnic. He had signs along the dock with picture frames that read "For so long I've known I want to spend Eternity with you!" and a mirror at the end that said "Cydnee Will you Marry Me?"

While he was planning his proposal she was planning hers. Cydnee had a watch engraved with "Will You Marry Me? I Love You! " on the back prepared to give to him during Christmas. Luckily he beat her to it because she told him the present would come with a picture being taken and a video being recorded.
