Dress Code
Anyone who knows Clare knows how much she loves to dress up! We challenge you, all of our guests to outdress the bride! (Seriously we mean it wear the most over the top outfit you can think of, nothing is off limits!) We are leaning into a medieval fantasy vibe for our wedding, so we encourage people to draw inspiration from this also. Dietary Requirements
If you have any dietary requirements and food allergies please let us know in your RSVP for the catering company to accommodate what you need.
Phone Use During The Day
We politely ask people to minimise the use of their phones during our wedding to allow yourselves to enjoy the special experience with us and fellow guests. Please have your phone on silent for the whole day if possible. We have hired an amazing photographer and wonderful videographer that will be capturing the whole day. We will make these high quality pictures and videos available to all of our guests as soon as we receive them and we can promise you they will be better than any picture taken on a phone!
Accessibility
Our venue is fully accessible for all mobility types including prams and wheelchairs, part of our venue is on the 2nd floor but there is a lift that can be used. Our wedding banquet will be on long benches (wooden) so if you need a cushion or back support please bring those for yourself.
Gifts
We are currently saving money for a deposit for our first home together so instead of any traditional gifts, if you would like to give us anything, cash gifts towards our future home are most welcome.
