What should I wear to the wedding ceremony and reception?

Answer

Black tie optional. We'd love for guests to dress up for the occasion! Formal attire is encouraged. We ask that men wear a tuxedo or a dark suit and tie, and women wear a floor-length gown, evening dress, or a sophisticated cocktail dress. We ask that children wear formal attire (suits/dresses) to match the formal tone of the evening.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony and how long will the ceremony last?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony is at St. Thomas More Parish and will begin promptly at 1:00pm. We kindly ask that guests arrive 20-30 minutes early to find a seat and get settled. The mass will end around 2:15pm. Please join us at Ivy Hills Country Club for cocktail hour beginning at 3:30pm.

What if I have a dietary restriction/allergy?

Answer

We want everyone to enjoy a delicious meal! We have selected a variety of entreés to accommodate allergies and gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian diets.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by August 15, 2026 to help us finalize our numbers with the venue.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Due to limited space at our venue, we are only able to accommodate the guests specifically listed on your invitation.

We love your little ones, but we are only able to accommodate children named on the invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Is there parking available?

Answer

Complimentary parking is available at both St. Thomas More and Ivy Hills Country Club. For those who need it, guests may also be dropped off directly at the entrance of either venue.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both our wedding ceremony and reception are indoors. Our reception venue features an outdoor covered veranda.
