Where is Tulum?

Answer

Tulum is a city in the Mexican state of Quintana Roo. Tulum is part of a larger area called the Riviera Maya, a resort district known to be one of the most stunning and safest destinations in Mexico.

Most of the room rates on the reservations page are for a 3-night stay. Can we stay longer?

Answer

Yes! You can stay as long as you would like. Please contact Dennis Quirie at 864-642-9557 or dquirie@destinationweddings.com for a customized stay.

How will we get from the airport to the resort?

Answer

The resort shuttle will pick you up from the Cancun International Airport (CUN) and take you directly to the resort. The resort is approximately 25 minutes south of Cancun International Airport.

Question

We want to stay at El Dorado Royale, but are worried about the walking distance between properties. What would you suggest?

Answer

Not a problem! The resorts are located right next to each other. You can walk or you can jump into a golf cart and enjoy a short ride to Generations.

Question

What is the deposit amount? Is it refundable?

Answer

To book rooms, the resort requires a $50 per person or $100 per room (whichever is greater) non-refundable deposit. Please note: DestinationWeddings.com offers flexible payment plans. All money, once paid, is non-refundable without trip insurance. Trip insurance is available for an additional fee. Final payments must be made by 08/01/2020.

When should we reserve our rooms?

Answer

We highly suggest making reservations as soon as possible. We ask that all guests finalize reservations by May 1st 2020.
