Venue Rules!

Answer

Please obey the rules of the venue not only will you be kicked out but, we the Bride and Groom will also have to pay for your actions. - Parking is limited to designated parking areas at the venue. There is no parking in the grass! There is a gravel parking lot on the right hand side designated for guest to park. - The CLIENT(S) must comply with Cocke County ordinances. - Children are not permitted to wander the Venue premises unsupervised; all children under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times. - No pets are allowed; service animals are excluded from this restriction. - No firearms allowed on property. - Absolutely no under-age drinking or illegal narcotics allowed on property. No concealed carried allowed inside of the Venue with alcohol consumption. - No fireworks are allowed on the property of The Estate at Sweetwater Creek grounds - There is a strict no smoking policy inside the estate and on the grounds of The Estate at Sweetwater Creek. If there is evidence of smoking, I.e. smell of smoke or cigarette butts on the ground there will be a $1,000 fee - Strict bodily fluids clause: If anyone on the grounds of The Estate at Sweetwater Creek expels bodily fluids for any reason and by any means not in a toilet or sink there will be a strict loss of full deposit and/or a $1000 fee. The definitions of bodily fluids includes, but is not limited to, vomit, urine, feces, blood and any other fluid contained in the body.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the ceremony. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy! Professional photos are also costly and regular phones being in the photos will ruin them, so please keep phones off and away until then reception!

Yes, children are welcome to attend our wedding celebration only if they were included in your invite!

Modest Semi-formal; “dressy casual”

How should I RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP, go to the RSVP page on this website. Please submit your RSVP by June 1st so we can plan accordingly!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please let us know about any dietary restrictions, allergies, or special dietary needs when you RSVP. We will do our best to work with our caterer to accommodate you.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We want a small wedding with only people we know, only those named on your invitation are included. Thank you for understanding!

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

There will be an approved licensed bartender available to serve alcohol safely (select wine, beer, champagne)

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 3:00pm. Please arrive around 15 minutes before the ceremony to get settled.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be free parking available at the venue in the gravel lot on the right hand side of the driveway.

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

We do not have a traditional registry although we will have a money jar but do not feel obligated to give. Your presence at our wedding is the only gift we need!
