You have a few options. Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport is about 15 min south of the venue. You can take a ride share or taxi to your hotel. O’Hare International Airport is about 70 minutes south in Chicago. We recommend taking Uber or taxi or renting a car, but you can also take Coach USA bus to get to Milwaukee.
You will be able to park at the Pfister Hotel garage.
Downtown, check out the Milwaukee Public Market or 3rd Street Market Hall. Definitely try the custard (Leon’s and Kopp’s are our favorites). Jacob is a big foodie, and he is happy to share more recommendations of places to try.
There will be a mix of Hebrew and English, with each part of the ceremony rooted in tradition. Before the ceremony, Bianca, and Jacob will gather with family and members of the wedding party to have our ketubah (wedding contract ) signed. Men will be asked to wear a kippah (skullcap), as a sign of respect. The reception will begin with the hora dance and feature hours of lively dancing.
