We kindly ask that you RSVP by Sunday June 14th, 2026 so we have an accurate headcount to give to our vendors!
Our wedding will take place at the beautiful Harmony Hill Farm located at 1140 N Pond Rd, Warren, ME 04864. Signs will direct you where to meet the parking attendant and you will be assisted from there.
Our ceremony will start promptly at 4:00pm but guests will be expected to arrive no later than 3:30pm! This allows time for parking, saying hi to friends & family, finding your seat and getting comfortable for the ceremony. Any guests that arrive during the ceremony will be directed to the cocktail hour site and asked to wait for ceremony completion.
The dress code is Garden Party Attire - Think light, flowy, and festive. We recommend wedges or block heels for comfort on grass.
Though we love all of the children in our lives, this will be an adult-only celebration.
If your invitation includes a plus one when RSVP-ing, they are welcome!
Expect a party! Cocktail hour will be held outside directly after the ceremony. We encourage all guests to mingle, catch up, laugh and enjoy a drink on us. Pictures with the wedding party and immediate family will be taken during this time. After, guests will be directed inside for the Stinson's grand entrance, first dance and dinner. Then, we hope everyone dances the night away with us! Bring your dancing shoes! (a limited amount of flip flops will be available to wear, located in the restrooms on premises. Once those are claimed you're stuck with the shoes you brought so make sure they are comfortable ;)
An open bar will be available all evening - 2 signature liquor drinks, beer & wine. Bringing your own alcohol is NOT permitted at this event. Non-alcoholic beverages such as water, lemonade and tea will also be available! A variety of Alabama style BBQ meats and sides will be served for dinner - buffet style. An assortment of cupcakes and pastries will be available for dessert.
We kindly ask that phones be silenced and put away during the ceremony except when prompted. We have a wonderful photographer that will be capturing the important shots! However, after the ceremony we very much encourage all guests to take photos during the evenings festivities! There will be a QR code located on each table to scan, upload and share those photos.
